 Black cumin seed oil comes from the Nigella sativa plant. It was commonly used by the Egyptians for upset stomachs, boost the immune system, and treat inflammation. Even King Tut had a bottle of black cumin seed in his tomb! Today this oil aids the digestive system, increases the production of bone marrow, fights respiratory infections, and can be used as a birth control.

Black cumin seed oil can be taken as directed by a doctor for fatigue by stimulating the body’s energy. It also can alleviate anxiety.
